There have been many times in my life when I have been overcome by fear…even paralyzed by it. If you find yourself in the same situation, know that you’re not alone my sister!
One of the things that has helped me in my journey to overcoming fear has been renewing my mind and turning my fearful thoughts to positive thoughts. There are tons of Bible verses about fear (“God has not given us a spirit of fear” or “Fear not for I am with you”) and many of these Christian songs about fear have direct quotes from the Bible!
Fear is a liar, my friend, and I pray that your faith will be bigger than your fear as you listen to each of these songs. May they lift you up and encourage you on the hard days.

Overcoming fear is not an overnight process. I encourage you to do your best to daily turn your fearful thoughts to positive thoughts.
