Yummy Truffle…

Everything I used in this recipe was items that I had in my stockpile.

I had some sour cream that was expiring a few weeks ago.  So, I made some pound cake and put it in the freezer.  Cube half of the pound cake and place it in the bottom of your bowl.

Prepare two boxes of chocolate pudding to package directions. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping.

This is the part where I compromised.  I used a can of strawberry ice cream topping.  However, you can use whatever you have on hand that is similar.

Place another layer of pound cake and remaining pudding mixture on top.  Enjoy!!!
