This post brought to you by Gro-ables. All opinions are 100% mine.
A couple months ago, I shared how we were planning our garden with Gro-ables, a fabulous new product from Miracle-Gro.
I was so super excited to plant my Gro-ables, but because we had super cold weather so late into the year, I had to wait on planting them until after the chance of freeze was gone. (If I would have planted them inside they’d probably be budding by now, but I chose to plant them outside.)
I was finaly able to get them planted a little over a week ago, and it was super simple. (If you have children, this would be a wonderful way to introduce them to gardening.) Simply place the pod in your soil and water!
I peek at my pods almost every day to see if they’ve sprouted! I can’t wait to get these yummy veggies/herb on my table. I love how easy Gro-ables makes it to grow my own food.
As I mentioned in my earlier post, I’m excited to make my own salsa with my Gro-ables ingredients (and they have everything you need to make your own Salsa Garden)! I didn’t plant onions, so other than salt and a squeeze of lime juice, that’s all I’ll need to make some homemade salsa. I can’t wait!
What recipes would you create using fresh tomatoes, peppers and cilantro?
