Thrifty T's Goulash

This goulash has become quite popular at our house. The great thing about goulash is that you can add whatever leftovers you have in your fridge! I used the rest of our grilled turkey and veggies from the freezer and pantry. Add some noodles/rice and a cream of something soup and you’re good to go. This time I added the bread crumb portion of Kraft Fresh Take too!

This made enough for us to have one pan for dinner and one pan for the freezer. You’ll want to cook it on 350 for 30 minutes. Add the cheese portion of the Kraft Fresh Take and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes (or until cheese melts).

What do you put in your goulash?

Mama would clean out her refrigerator and make something like this.  She called it “slumgulleon”.  Don’t ask me where she came up with that name.
