Strawberry Yogurt Cake
1 package of white cake mix
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
1 container (6 ounce) strawberry yogurt
2 tubs whipped vanilla frosting
Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease bottoms and sides of two 8 or 9 inch round pans. Beat cake mix, water, oil, egg whites and yogurt in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds; beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pans. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Fill layers with frosting and sliced strawberries. Frost cake with remaining frosting. Cover and refrigerate any remaining cake.
