Grab your blender and whip up this Strawberry Dreamsicle Shake. Not only is it guilt-free but it’s packed with tons of super foods and yummy goodness!
My family and I have shakes for breakfast just about every morning. (This is my husband’s favorite!) Serving shakes for breakfast is a no-brainer for me because they’re so easy. Yes, it literally took me about 3 minutes to make this! Along with being perfect for breakfast, I’ll also enjoy them as an afternoon pick-me-up or a simple dessert.
Guilt-Free Strawberry Dreamsicle Shake
1 cup Almond Milk (or your favorite milk)
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 Banana, frozen
3/4 cup Strawberries, frozen
- Place ingredients in your blender in the order listed and mix for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
*If you like your shake thicker, add less milk.
