I’m sure you’re wondering what I’m going to do with all of those biscuits that I’ve purchased over the last few weeks. I recently found this yummy recipe for Monkey Bread. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray. Take two cans of biscuits and cut them into fourths.
Melt 3/4 stick of butter and mix in 1/2 cup of brown sugar until dissolved. Pour over biscuits. Bake at the recommended temperature on the biscuit can, or until the top is golden brown (20-25 minutes). Let cool slightly and remove from pan. *If you like nuts, add them to the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
