My Favorite Things (March)This post may contain affiliate links. Please see my disclosure policy for more details.
Welcome to March! Below you’ll find a few of my favorite things. (You can find my favorite things from previous months here!) And, don’t forget to share a few of your favorite things below!
I do not have enough good things to say about my KitchenAid Mixer. This mixer has been a constant in my kitchen for close to 15 years and it’s still going strong! Whether you’re making cookies, bread dough, or anything that tickles your fancy, you won’t have any problems whipping it up with your KitchenAid Mixer.
I love the versatility of my mixer. There are tons of attachments to help with whatever you’re cooking up – dough hook, food grinder, pasta roller and more!
The KitchenAid Mixer is more expensive than other mixers, but it’s worth every penny, especially when you consider how long mine has lasted. Whether or not you’re in the market for one now, I recommend that you start saving to buy one!
Quaker Chewy Dipps Peanut Butter Granola Bars
We are big fans of anything peanut butter, so these are definitely our favorite granola bars. You can’t go wrong when you pair granola bars with a layer of peanut butter and then dip them in chocolate! The next time you’re at the grocery store, pick up a box.
Little Women is an oldie but a goodie – a movie that I never tire of watching! Based on Louisa May Alcott’s book, this movie is the story of the March sisters (played by Winona Ryder, Claire Danes, Kirsten Dunst and Trini Alvarado).
Follow along as the girls face trials (both big and small) with their mother raising them while their father is at war. You’ll also meet their young neighbor boy, Theodore, who the girls take quickly to.
This movie is dear to my heart because I have three precious sisters! I know you’ll fall in love with each and every character like I have!
OPI Foot File
The warmer weather will soon be upon us, and you’ll want to have your feet looking nice for sandals! The OPI Foot File is one of my favorite tools to use to take care of my heels and keep the calluses away!
I’ve found that the best time to use it is when you’re in the shower/bath. After your feet have soaked for a few minutes, simply scrub your feet with the medium side and then smooth out with the fine side!
A great way to relax and unwind, and bring out your competitive side, is to play games! Trent and I often find ourselves playing a round of Phase 10 – a rummy-type card game! Be the first person to complete all 10 phases, which vary by hand, and you’ve won the game.
I’d say this game is one of strategy and luck of the draw. There have been times when I only needed one card to win, but I never drew it. If your like us, one game won’t be enough, especially if you’re the loser! :O)
And there you have it for this month! You’ll definitely want to check out my other favorite things, and share a few of your favorite things in the comments below!
