With only 5 ingredients, you'll have this Super Simple Company Chicken in the oven in under 15 minutes!

Just as the name suggests, this Super Simple Company Chicken is so very easy to make! You’ll have it in the oven and cooking in under 15 minutes!

You’ll get a laugh out of this. I had planned all day to make this recipe, but when it was time to start supper I realized I didn’t have one ingredient – sour cream. How could I goof up a recipe with only 5 ingredients? So, as per usual, I improvised. Thankfully it turned out just as tasty. I’ve never made this before so Trent didn’t know the difference.

In case you’ve never purchased dried beef, I thought I would include a picture of the jar. If you have a hard time finding it, look at Walmart by the tuna and the rest of the canned meat products. That’s where I found mine.

The bacon and dried beef gave the chicken a wonderful flavor. (I opted not to eat the bacon, but did have the dried beef.)

I was excited when Trent gave this meal a thumbs up!

I use almost the exact same recipe…The only thing I do differently is use Cream of Mushroom Soup instead of Cream of Chicken. (And, I use sour cream instead of milk.) This is so delicious!!! :)

My recipe called for those same ingredients, but I didn’t have them so I improvised. It tasted just as good!

      Thanks for stopping by Kelly!

This was one of the most viewed posts in last week’s Try a New Recipe Tuesday. Congrats! Be sure to stop by and grab an “I’ve been featured” button from my sidebar for your blog. :-) The post should be going live shortly. My son got hurt and is on crutches, so the post is a bit late. :(

[…] Simple Company Chicken, this dish combines chicken, bacon and dried beef. It also looks to be very easy to make. Serves 6 but it could easily be doubled to serve more. […]
