This yummy creation was so easy to make! It took less than 15 minutes to prepare!
The original recipe serves four but I only made two foil-packs. So, feel free to change the recipe as needed!
Chicken and Broccoli Foil-Pack
1 package stuffing mix; chicken flavor
1 1/4 cup water
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 cups broccoli florets, frozen
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon; crumbled
4 tablespoon Ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 400. Spray 4 sheets of foil with cooking spray. Combine the stuffing mix and water. Spoon 1/4 of the stuffing mixture onto the center of each foil sheet. Top stuffing with a chicken breast, followed by 1 cup broccoli, and 1/4 cheese of crumbled bacon. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing
Bring up foil sides and fold to seal, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place packets on a cookie sheet and bake 25-30 mins. Let the packets stand 5 minutes before serving, cutting slits in the foil before opening in the foil for steam.
