I’ve seen this yummy creation on several other people’s blogs and finally got around to trying it. It’s so very simple (and healthy, depending on which concoction you choose). My didn’t turn out as “pretty” as I’ve seen but they still tasted good.
Preheat your oven to broil. Cut the grapefruit in half and separate the sections (you can wait until it comes out of the oven if you like). Sprinkle with either sugar and cinnamon, cinnamon, or just leave it plain. Cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
