This may not be the prettiest piece of chicken that you’ve ever seen, but I promise that once you try this Artichoke Chicken recipe you’ll love it!
I wish I could take credit for this recipe, but I can’t! A while ago I asked on Facebook how I should cook some chicken that I had thawing for dinner. I’ll admit it, when I saw this recipe I thought it was too good to be true. But I’m here to tell you that it’s become a regular staple on our menu!
This recipe is literally as simple as opening a jar of marinated artichoke hearts. (I told you it was too good to be true!) I found these artichokes at Aldi, but most stores should have them!
4-6 Chicken Breasts, thawed
Can of Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- Place chicken in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Pour artichoke hearts over chicken (juice and all).
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes (depending on the thickness of chicken.)
And there you have it, a super simple recipe to add to your menu!
